Many people decide to become a vegetarian as their “new years resolution“, and these are the times that will probably be the most difficult for you, which are usually the first couple of months. Family and friends are poking fun at you or don’t understand why you wont eat meat, you might have meat withdrawals and cravings, or you might even wonder why you started a vegetarian diet in the first place. One way to always make sure that you follow through on your dreams, is to write things down. Go out and buy yourself a small notebook, and start a diary, beginning with all your goals and ambitions, and why you want to do them, and soon you will realize that all your dreams are coming true. Best of luck to all you new vegetarians, and be strong, both mentally and spiritually.
