Who said being a vegetarian meant eating raw carrots all day? There are many great foods available for us to eat. We can still have most our favorite dishes we grew up with, but this time, without the meat, and truth be told, you cant even tell the difference in most foods. Its not the meat that tasted good, it was the spices and sauces used, you can make a piece of cardboard taste good if you just sprinkle some seal salt, paprika and olive oil on it.

You don't have to be a great cook to make these recipes, we will guide you step by step on each recipe so it is extremely easy. Even if you have never really cooked before, this will get you on your way to becoming a great vegetarian chef, and making foods you would never imagine you could make. Each recipe will let you know if the dish is vegan or vegetarian.

We recommend that you have at least (4) meals a day in order to maintain a healthy weight and keep your metabolism in check. Please browse through our recipes on the left bar under "Recipes" to find your next vegetarian meal (by Samuel at dresshead.com). Always remember to use "Sea Salt" when cooking and not "Iodized Salt", as well as freshly cracked black pepper, when these ingredients are needed. When eggs or milk are requested, we recommend using organic milk and free-range organic eggs.
