Vegetarian Breakfast | Easy Breakfast Recipes

Below are some easy vegetarian breakfast recipes for the most important meal of the day. Remember to always start your day with an 8 oz. glass of water, an 8 oz. glass of orange juice (Not from concentrate) and a hot tea before eating. All recipes are for (1) serving, so if you are making for (2) just double the recipe. Ingredients:



1/2 cup frozen blueberries thawed
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
7 raw walnuts



Place thawed blueberries in a bowl, put in the yogurt and crumble the walnuts and throw in. Mix all together. To drink have an 8 oz. glass of low-sodium V8. Together, this is the best breakfast you can have. More Info.

Ingredients:



2 slices whole wheat bread
1 serving organic peanut butter
1 banana



Toast both pieces of whole wheat bread, spread peanut butter evenly on each bread. Peel banana and slice 1/4 inch medallions and place on top of toast. Eat toast open faced. To drink have an 8 oz. glass of low-sodium V8 or 8 oz. glass of rice milk. More Info.

Ingredients:



1 serving organic oatmeal
1/2 cup rice milk
1 banana
1 medium sized orange



Cook oatmeal with water as directed. Once cooked add rice milk and blend together. Peel banana and orange and eat on the side. To drink have an 8 oz. glass of low-sodium V8. More Info.

Ingredients:



2 slices whole wheat bread
1 serving extra virgin olive oil
1 banana
1 apple
1 orange



Toast both pieces of whole wheat bread, drizzle olive oil evenly on each bread. Eat open faced. Peel banana and orange and slice in small pieces. Slice apple (with skin) and cut into small pieces as well. Mix all fruit in a bowl. To drink have an 8 oz. glass of low-sodium V8. More Info.

Ingredients:



1/2 cup whole grain granola
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup thawed frozen raspberries
1/4 cup thawed frozen blueberries


Place granola in a bowl, put in the yogurt and thawed raspberries and blueberries. Mix all together. To drink have an 8 oz. glass of low-sodium V8 or 8 oz. glass of rice milk. More Info.

Ingredients:


1/2 cup any whole grain cereal (low in sugar)
1/2 cup rice milk
1/4 cup thawed frozen or fresh strawberries
1 banana



Combine cereal and milk in a bowl. Slice strawberries in medallions and add on top. Peel banana and eat on the side. More Info.

Ingredients:



1 banana
1 kiwi
1 orange
1/2 cup thawed frozen blueberries
1/2 cup thawed frozen raspberries



Peel banana, kiwi and orange and slice into small pieces. Add to a bowl and throw in blueberries and raspberries. Mix together. To drink have an 8 oz. glass of low-sodium V8 or 8 oz. glass of rice milk. . More Info.
