Vegetarian Recipe for Blueberry Parfait



Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen blueberries thawed
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
7 raw walnuts


Directions

Place thawed blueberries in a bowl, put in the yogurt and crumble the walnuts and throw in. Mix all together. To drink have an 8 oz. glass of low-sodium V8 (only adds 50 more calories to your meal, along with loads of nutrition). Together, this is the best breakfast you can have.
